Leah Bevilacqua - Client Service Manager

Leah brings to Point Care a wealth of experience in the Disability Industry with over 5 years of dedicated service in roles ranging from Team Leader to Case Management to Client Service Manager. At Point Care, she is responsible for Developing and maintaining client relationships, Managing, and mentoring a team of support workers, responding to client enquiries, requests and concerns ensuring that our operations align with our core values of integrity, innovation, and excellence.

Before joining Point Care, Leah excelled in various capacities with other local NDIS Service Providers where she developed a strong background in leading and mentoring and client relations. Her expertise, combined with proactive approach to solving industry-related problems/advance, has been instrumental in driving our success.

Leah holds a Certificate III Individual Support, Cert IV Disability, Diploma in Management supplemented by additional training in Epilepsy, Huntington’s, Mental Health, Behaviour Support, High Support and Complex Care.

Leah’s vision for Point Care revolves around enhancing our risk management framework to not only protect but also propel our company forward in the mental health space of service delivery. She is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, where risk awareness is integrated into every aspect of our operations.
