Brenda brings to Point Care a wealth of experience in the Community Services sector, with over 5 years of dedicated service in roles ranging from case manager to middle management. At Point Care, she is responsible for overseeing internal and external teams, acting as primary contact for clients in the region, analysing client’s feedback, onboarding new clients and, ensuring that our operations align with our core values of integrity, innovation, and excellence.
Before joining Point Care, Brenda excelled in various capacities within the Community Services Sector such as Aged Care, Homelessness and Disability. Where she developed a strong background in a client cantered care approach, regulatory compliance, and leadership skills. Her expertise in trauma informed care combined with a proactive approach to problem solving and capacity building, has been instrumental in driving her success.
Brenda holds an Undergraduate in Creative Arts and Health from the University of Tasmania, supplemented by an Advanced Diploma in Community Services Sector Management as well as completing short courses in Dementia, Traumatic Brain Injury, Case Management and At Home Health Assessment
