At Point Care, we provide disability services from numerous locations along the Central Queensland Coast. This allows us to be nearer to our clients and provide support where it is needed most. Our head office is located in Rockhampton City; however, we extend our services throughout Bundaberg, the Fraser Coast, Toowoomba, Mackay, Townsville and Cairns.

What We Do

We offer a wide range of services catering to the needs of people with disabilities. Whether you need supported independent living, community nursing, or temporary accommodation, we can provide it. We also offer household tasks, life skills development, group-based activities, and assistance with travel arrangements.
