Kirsty brings over 25 years of experience within the health and disability sector to her role at Point Care. Her career has been dedicated to supporting individuals across a variety of care settings, with a strong commitment to compassionate, person-centred support. Kirsty has a particular interest in dementia care and is passionate about ensuring that every individual receives support that respects their dignity, independence, and personal needs. At Point Care, Kirsty focuses on building meaningful relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders while maintaining the organisation’s commitment to holistic and human-centred care.

Kirsty began her career as a Teacher Aide at a special school, where she developed a strong foundation in supporting individuals with diverse needs. Over the years, she has worked in multiple roles across the healthcare and community services sectors, including as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) within hospitals, doctors’ practices, and nursing homes. She has also worked extensively as a Support Worker supporting NDIS participants.

Her broad experience across clinical, educational, and community-based environments has provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector, particularly in supporting people living with dementia and complex support needs.

Kirsty’s extensive knowledge and skills have been developed through over 25 years of hands-on experience working across the healthcare, disability, and community services sectors. Throughout her career, she has gained practical expertise while working in hospitals, medical practices, nursing homes, special education settings, and supporting NDIS participants in the community.

Patricia (Trish) Dwyer – Support Coordinator

Trish brings to Point Care a wealth of experience in the disability and administrative field, with over 18 years of dedicated service in roles ranging from carer, administration to support coordination. At Point Care, she is responsible for assisting clients meet their NDIS goals in line with their NDIS budget and sourcing service providers to accommodate client’s disabilities, ensuring that our operations align with our core values of integrity, innovation, and excellence.

Before joining Point Care, Trish excelled in various capacities at Rockhampton Regional Council, where she developed a strong background in record keeping administration. Trish has also been a support carer for her disabled partner for 18 years. Her expertise in caring and administration, combined with a proactive approach to support coordination, has been instrumental in driving our success.

Trish holds a Certificate III in Community Services and is in the final stages of completing a Diploma in Community Services, supplemented by completion of Mental Health First Aid training.

Trish’s vision for Point Care revolves around enhancing our risk management framework to not only protect but also propel our company forward in meeting client goals and customer satisfaction. She is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, where risk awareness is integrated into every aspect of our operations.

Simoné Grobler — Client Services Manager

Simoné is a Client Services Manager, with over 7 years of experience managing specialist practices and medical sector. Her background in management, administration, and account management informs her mindful but competitive approach.​

Simoné was a highly organized Practice Manager and Administrative Support Officer at The Rockhampton Mater Hospital with 5 years of experience managing administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
