Michelle brings a variety of experience to Point Care andthe Community Services sector, with over 5 years of dedicated service and relationship management experience. At Point Care, she is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with current clients and stakeholders, and seeking new opportunities for continued growth within Point Care. Michelle is responsible for the regions of North and Far North of Queensland, serving Gladstone to Cairns.

Before joining Point Care, Michelle worked in the Security Industry, within her families business which focused on Lone Worker safety. Her primary role was sales and relationship management. Before this Michelle enjoyed her position as a Primary School teacher, and also served over 8 years in the Royal Australian Navy. Michelle finds great satisfaction in helping others and she strives to provide timely, quality services to meet the unique needs of each client.

Michelle holds an Undergraduate in Bachelor of Education from the University of Tasmania, she is currently studying a Master of Guidance and Counselling through James Cook University. Michelle also holds a Cert IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD).
