Over the years, she has worked in multiple roles across the healthcare and community services sectors, including as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) within hospitals, doctors’ practices, and nursing homes. She has also worked extensively as a Support Worker supporting NDIS participants.
Her broad experience across clinical, educational, and community-based environments has provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector, particularly in supporting people living with dementia and complex support needs.
Kirsty’s extensive knowledge and skills have been developed through over 25 years of hands-on experience working across the healthcare, disability, and community services sectors. Throughout her career, she has gained practical expertise while working in hospitals, medical practices, nursing homes, special education settings, and supporting NDIS participants in the community.
